Radio Crews
Radio Crews can setup during their designated practice time. If Radio is not traveling with the team please coordinate with Trevor Jossart at [email protected] and CC all requests to [email protected] to schedule a time to install equipment.
Note: Early coordination is required to ensure connectivity and power setup at the scorer's table.

Will showcase matches be livestreamed?
Yes. All games will be broadcast live on YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and other free digital platforms.
Can participating schools use tournament photos?
Yes. Official tournament photography may be used by participating institutions for non-commercial promotional purposes with proper attribution.
How do journalists request media credentials?
Complete the Media Credential Form on this page or email [email protected] with your organization details and desired coverage dates.
Where can we download high-resolution brand vectors?
